EAC Meeting Highlights
April 20, 2000
The meeting was held at the ERC Building, Classroom 3.
Update on the recommendations:
- EAC Web Page-- Tom Link will develop a web site for the committee which will incorporate the "New Campus Design". The goal is to have the site up and running by May 31, 2000.
- Solvent Recovery -- Chris Long and Tim McClellan met with the ORD Health and Safety Team on April 20, 2000. ORD has developed a plan to handle the solvents. A ORD Health and Safety representative will present the plan to the committee on May 11, 2000.
- Site Management Advisory Committee -- Gail Whitfield presented a proposal to the team. The team agreed with the proposal and agreed that it should be presented to management as a recommendation.
- Indoor Air Quality Committee: The team requested that Wanda Allen encourage management to consider this committee a high priority.
- May 2, 2000 RTP Recycle Luncheon at Research Triangle Institute
- May 11, 2000-- EAC Meeting (ERC Bldg.. Classroom 3--10:00-11:15am)
(An Agenda Item : A representative from the Health and Safety Team will present a plan on how they plan to handle "Solvent Recovery".)
