after taking into account considerations of cost, feasibility, and

An Environmental Education Curriculum is being developed by Duke
University Center. |
Reverse Waste Incentive/Annual Waste Audit |
A waste stream audit of all EPA occupied buildings was conducted on
August 30, 1999. The audit report
and executive briefing are listed on

Set up an EAC Web site |
Site will be developed and up and running by May 31, 2000. |
Solvent Recovery |
ORD has investigated
options in addressing this need. See

EPA Shuttle Service which will be used to run errands during lunch . |
The Office of General Council(OGC) investigated this idea and stated that
it was illegal to use tax payers' dollars for this type of activity. |
"Flexiplace" & 4/10 Workplace |
Management stated that this is a National Issue and will wait
for a decision. |
Indoor Air Quality Committee |
Management agrees with the concept. The beginning of this team is in
place and views the Indoor Air Quality Committee as part of the Health
and Safety group. |
Fitness Facilities |
Options for an exercise facility are currently being explored.
However, a fitness center will not be present during our initial
move into the building. |
Grounds Management |
Administrative Service Division(ASD) has been given this recommendation
to implement. |
