Glossary | A | B | C | D | E | F | G | H | I | J | K | L | M | N | O | P | Q | R | S | T | U | V | W | X | Y | Z | Reflow soldering A method of electronics soldering commonly used with surface mount technology, whereby a paste formed of solder powder and flux suspended in an organic vehicle is melted by the application of external heat.   Rosin A solid resin obtained from pine trees which, in a pure form and usually with additives, is frequently used as a flux.   Rosin flux A flux whose main constituent is rosin.
