Since information on the economic impact of recycling and reuse is available for both the nation as a whole and numerous states, local recycling coordinators, state recycling organization officials and state market development officials and others are encouraged to apply this information to promote recycling efforts in your area using the items in the Tool Kit below.

To assist with this effort, EPA has outlined a number of possible communications strategies for publicizing the REI study.
