Power Washers

Overview

Power washing is a generic term for cleaning with machines that combine wet cleaning techniques such as immersion, sprays, and ultrasonics. The machines may have rotating baskets that hold parts. Washing, rinsing, and drying cycles may be done in one tank. The machines can be custom-designed to handle a high volume of one type of part or several different parts that can be held similarly in fixtures. They may incorporate a custom spray system to clean blind holes.

Power washers may require less floor space than equivalent linear systems. Costs of equipment will vary greatly but should be competitive.
