Low Flow Toilet Purchasing Guide

Commercial Toilet Rebate Program Frequently Asked Questions What are the Commercial Toilet Rebates? Who qualifies? You have the authority to change bathroom equipment in your facility. You are a customer of Seattle Water or one of the participating Local Water Providers. Your building was built before 1992 and your equipment uses 3.5 or more gallons per flush (gpf). What equipment qualifies and how much are the
rebates? You'll receive up to: $60 for installing each 1.6 gpf tank-type toilet. $120 for installing each flush valve fixture (valves must be 1.6 gpf for toilets and 1.0 gpf or less for urinals). Note: The amount rebated will not exceed your total replacement costs (purchase + installation). How much can I save on utility bills? How do I apply? What other steps will I need to take? After qualifying, you need to: Install certified low-flush toilets and urinals within 90 days of application approval. Legally dispose of your old fixtures. Submit your rebate request, along with your plumbing and supplier invoices and proof of installation. We may also require you to allow us to inspect your installation as part of our evaluation efforts. When can I expect my rebate? Where can I get more information?
