The FASTT Team has made many recommendations since it first began visiting activities. These recommendations fall within 19 categories.

Each recommendation includes details of the problem that existed and the recommendation that was made to fix it. Many of the problems that were discovered were common among many different activities doing very similar work. Take a close look at these. You might find a solution you can use.
