Colorado Environmental Leadership Pollution Prevention Revolving Loan Fund
The Colorado Environmental Leadership Pollution Prevention Revolving Loan Fund was created with the passage of the Environmental Leadership Act in 1998. It is designed to assist with the financing of projects that allow participants in the Environmental Leadership Program or potential participants to go beyond basic environmental compliance.
ELIGIBILITY:
Applicants must be participants in the Environmental Leadership Program or make a commitment to join the environmental Leadership Program and must have their loan approved by a loan committee and the executive director of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
PURPOSE:
This loan is available to provide money fund projects related to pollution prevention, toxic use reduction, resource recovery, energy efficiency, and innovative environmental technology activities.
LOAN AMOUNT:
Determined by a loan committee. Loan fund contains $500,000.
