COLORADO ALLIANCE FOR MICROENTERPRISE INITIATIVES (CAMI)
DESCRIPTION:
CAMI has 12 participating micro lending organizations that provide loans to very small business ventures, operated by one person or a family, with 5 or less employees. This coalition of microenterprise development organizations and practitioners are dedicated to providing entrepreneurs in under-served communities the opportunity and resources to become self-sufficient through private enterprise.
ELIGIBILITY:
Varies by participating organization.
PURPOSE:
CAMI is committed to promoting microenterprise financing and technical assistance as meaningful ways to stimulated economic development and reduce poverty in Colorado's lower-income communities.
LOAN AMOUNT:
Up to $50,000, depending coalition organization.
