BUSINESS CAPITAL OF COLORADO, INC. (BCC) DESCRIPTION: ������ BCC is a multi-bank community development corporation created to make loans to existing small businesses that cannot qualify for conventional bank financing. The credit criteria allows BCC to make loans to businesses that lack sufficient collateral to secure conventional bank loans. Its service area includes the following counties: Adams; Arapahoe; Boulder; Denver; Douglas; and Jefferson. ELIGIBILITY: ��������� � Must be in the 6 metro Denver counties which they serve � Good personal credit history � BCC provides no more than one half of total project cost � Must submit a business plan � Submit evidence that conventional bank financing cannot be obtained
PURPOSE:���� Provide companies with the capital they need to grow.
