The Eastern Europe Business Bulletin is a free newsletter published by the Eastern Europe Business Information Center (EEBIC) at the U.S. Department of Commerce. The November 1993 issue featured energy and the environment. The newsletter contains a "Regional Corner" which highlights business opportunities in specific regions of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The Bulletin also listed upcoming business promotion events in Eastern Europe from December to June. Nearly every article in the November issue contained the name, address, telephone and fax numbers for people able to provide additional information on the article topic. In addition to the newsletter, the center has reports on the energy sectors in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Slovak Republic. These reports were prepared by the U.S. Department of Energy.
