To date, most combustible waste have been incinerated into ashes and dumped at a landfill site, with energy recovered in the incineration process in terms of waste heat. However, in a small scale incineration plant, it is quite inefficient to recover energy through such a process.
Now, our new system is able to effectively recover energy from the combustible waste by means of our patented powdered RDF firing burner that heats up the boiler to produce steam for running a turbine generator and hot water that is used for an air-conditioner.

a) Combustible waste including garbage are turned into fuel. b) Suitably used to recover resources/ energy in a small scale plant. c) Burner operation can be on-off intermittenly. d) For pollution control, lime is added to control the level of NOx & HCl discharge into the atmosphere.
