TAKUMA Recycling Plants recover redeemable materials from various kinds of refuse according to the customer requirement, and recycle them.

The flowchart of the system is shown below for municipal waste as an example, see Fig.1.

[Characteristics]

Large household electric appliances (such as refrigerators and washing machines), bicycles, lumber and other bulky refuse are shredded by TAKUMA's swing hammer type shredder.

Then, ferrous materials are recovered by a magnetic separator and formed into blocks by a baling press for easy transportation.

In addition, combustibles and incombustibles are separated and disposed of by burning, and landfilling, respectively.

[Actual results]

TAKUMA has installed 10 recycling plants in Japan.
