Waste Treatment Technology in JAPAN
Compost
1. OUTLINE
This equipment is to treat organic waste odorlessly and pollution-freely so that the waste are recycled as resources. A fermentation rotary drum (bio-drum) is used in the system to change the waste materials into a safe and odorless compost of high quality.

3. FEATURES
System Features:
(1) Only a smaller amount of irregularities contained in the compost.
(2) A high-temperature aerobic fermentation system.
(3) An inexpensive insect-proof, odorless aging system.
(4) A quality compost with accelerated fermentation and complete aging applied.
(5) SM Fermentation ensure purer and higher quality compost.
Usefulness of Completely Aged Compost:
The field soil over which completely aged compost is applied allows for a growth of those organisms which take the compost as their nutrient. These microorganisms act to nodulize the soil and to drain water well while holding it well. The pores formed in the process of nodulization serve as a heat insulator. As a result, the compost makes a cultivation field highly resistant to a dry and/ or cold weather. And it continues working on crops for a long period.
