INDUSTRIAL WASTE
MUNICIPAL WASTE
[Abstract]
Fluidized bed incinerators can burn any kind of waste : sludge, refuse, oil slush, bark, waste plastics. To meet users' needs fully, we have not only conventional bubbling fluidized bed incinerator (FBI) but also horizontal and internal circulation bed incinerator (HICB) which features stable combustion and minimized pollution.
[Structure]
The vertical furnace is divided in two zones: fluidized bed and secondary combustion chamber. The sand for ffuidizing is filled in the hearth with combustion air nozzles. Preheated combustion air is supplied through many nozzles located at the bottom of sand layer to keep fluidizing and burning. The refuse fed above the sand layer is mixed with it, broken up, heated and burned. And so the volume of residue can be minimized.
The gasified combustible mixes with secondary air in secondary combustion chamber and burns completely. And then CO and NOx are reduced.
The fly ash is exhausted out of furnace together with combustion gas.
[Features]
- Rapid start-up & shut-down and easy operation
- Low ignition loss
- Combustion of municipal waste mixed with sewage sludge
- Compact design
- Low NOx and CO
- High heat recovery
- Simple system of dry ash treatment
[Capacity and Adaptation field]
FBI (Cylindrical furnace) : -3t/h for bark, waste wood, waste plastics,
sludge, slush etc.
HICB (Rectangular furnace): -8t/h for municipal waste etc.
[Application]
The following systems can be equipped with HC1 removal by Ca(OH)2, NOx reduction by (NH2)2CO, fly ash treatment and Fe recovery, without waste water treatment.
