[Introduction]
The enormous quantities of industrial waste recently have become a serious problem; these wastes must be properly disposed of to preventenvironmental disruption. This diversity of industrial waste, difficult to dispose of, requires high technology. TAKUMA, a leader in such technology, has a long history of manufacturing industrial waste incinerating facilities and manicipal refuse incineration plants, as well as resource recovery plants and boiler plants of various kinds. With accumulated skill, ample experience and modern technical know-how, TAKUMA has achieved a pollution-free and low cost disposal system for industrial waste.
secondary pollution, has become a thing of the past. Today's disposal system must be:
- Safe and pollutionfree
- Energy-saving, low in manpower requirement
- Low cost
- Energy recycling
TAKUMA provides complete and low cost disposal via our waste disposal, boiler and plant engneering technologies, the finest in the world.
[System flow]
The flowchart of the system is shown below for an oily sludge incinerating plant as an example, see Fig.1.
Incinerating plant for oily sludge
The intensive incinerating disposal center collects and incinerates oily sludge generated in a machinery factory or marine vessel. Waste liquid containing oil is incinerated utilizing heat from the combustion of oily sludge or waste solvent. Steam generated by waste heat is used to drive steam turbines which drive induced draft fan etc. and as a heat source in a waste oil reclaiming factory. Flue gas is discharged into the air after dust is removed with an electrostatic precipitator and hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid with a scrubber.
TAKUMA Parallel Flow Type Rotary-Kiln
[Characteristics and Sphere of application]
This multi-purpose incinerator is used mainly to incinerate viscous waste plastics, refuse, oily sludge or paint dregs. Rotary-kiln promotes good firing and burning.
Fig.2 shows the illustration of TAKUMA Parallel Flow Type Rotary-Kiln.
[Actual results]
TAKUMA waste incinerating plants installed throughout Japan.
