To help deal with these problems, SHINKO ELECTRIC Co. has developed a high performance incombustible waste treatment system in cooperation with KURIMOTO, Ltd. The system utilizes SHINKO's unique vibratory technology, the product of many years of innovative development. It combines a vibratory device with a strong device utilizing jets of air, to separate waste efficiently into combustible and incombustible material. The incombustible material can be further stored into fine from coarse material, to promote recycling of resources and help alleviate environmental problems and the pressure on landfill space.
Used together with a magnetic sorting device and an aluminum separator, this equipment can be built into a high-capacity comprehensive waste processing system.

Relentless growth in the volumes of household garbage and industrial waste generated by modern society is creating serious problems. Around many large urban areas there are no longer enough landfill sites for waste disposal, and the authorities responsible are now searching for suitable facilities outside their own regions. The disposal of incombustible waste, in particular, has become a headache for many regional governments.

1. Vibratory and air-jet processing combine to give high degree of sorting capability
The input waste is separated into combustible and incombustible material using a vibratory separator for incombustible waste and an air-jet sorting device. The incombustible material can then be recycled or disposed of in a landfill.
