Separating Equipments for Recycling of Metals from Crashed Bulky Waste

Non-ferrous metals separator by liner motor with vibrating feeder (Photo.1 )

With all types of garbage increasing, the recovery of aluminum cans and other non-ferrous metals is a particularly pressing issue. This is where the SHINKO aluminum separator can help. This innovative equipment for the recovery of non-ferrous metals has been developed out of SHINKO's many years of experience in associated areas, and used the most advanced power electronics technology. The separator efficiently sorts aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous metals from any type of mixed waste, ready for recycling.

[Features]

- High separation efficiency by liner motor combination with vibrating feeder
- High reliability under severe operating conditions and long durability
- Simple and compact design

Table 1 Specification

Non-ferrous metals separator by permanent magnet (Photo.2 )

Permanent magnets installed in the drum are rotated at high speed to generate a powerful shifting magnetic field on the drum surface. The eddy current generated in any aluminum that passes across this magnetic field propels it forward with a burst of speed to fall well away from the drum. Ferrous materials, on the other hand, are attracted to the magnets and cling to the drum, to fall off beneath it. Non-metallic material such as plastics are thrown by momentum to fall between the aluminum and ferrous metals. This permanent magnet rotating aluminum separator can therefore sort waste into three types of metal, aluminum, ferrous metals and non-metal material, for efficient recycling.

[Features]

- Compact design
- High separation efficiency and energy saving by high performance permanent magnet
- Wide range of capacity
- Multiple applications by various kinds of options
- Easy maintenance and low noise

Table 2 Specification

Ferrous metals separator rectangular semi-permanent magnets (Fig.l )

This magnetic sorting device uses standard rectangular semi-permanent magnets, and is ideal for uses where small fragments of ferrous metals are mixed with other waste in large quantity. It is suspended above a belt or vibratory conveyor, where it picks out and separates ferrous metals on a continuous basis.
