This hydraulic 3-axis low-speed crusher is suitable for industrial waste which contains a large mixture of different garbage such as construction scrap.

There are two types available. Both have multi-row disc-cutters, one with a roll diameter of 550 mm and one with a roll diameter of 750 mm.

1) Since the cutting system uses discs there is no blade spill-over. enabling 
   crushing of concrete fragments. metal objects such as motors and other similar 
   waste.

2) If hard objects during crushing increase the load. the equipment automatically 
   adjusts by switching between stop. reverse, and regular modes, thus ensuring 
   a continuously high rate of operation.

3) Low-speed rotation minimizes crushing noise and vibration.

4) The equipment's simple structure allows easy maintenance.

5) The KD550 becomes portable by the use of an independent engine so that it 
   can be moved to the required site for immediate use.

4. Principles of operation

The disc blade is diagonally attached to the axis and rotated at an angle in the progression from A to E shown above. The blade on the other side is rotated at the same time in the opposite direction to generate a crushing action.

5. Portable systems

The KD550 can be moved with an independent engine that does not require a power source. There are two types of portable systems, a HOOK ROLL system and an outrigger system.
