This presentation will consist of odor control technologies that have been developed and tested at Iowa State University the author and co-workers. The effect of using pit additives and how they aid in the overall odor reducing strategies for farmers. The effectiveness of low-cost covers, and application techniques. There is not one system that fits all and many different techniques are required simultaneously to effectively control odor from swine units.
