Equipment Description
Portable,
accurate, analytical lead testing instrument for field or laboratory use
with no radioactivity. Measures lead content in paint, air, dust, soil and
drinking water with laboratory accuracy equivalent to Atomic Absorption
Spectroscopy and ICP-MS in the field. Air monitoring filters can now be
analyzed on-site conforming to OSHA worker protection regulations in 29
CFR 1926.62. XRF readings and spot test results can be confirmed on the
job. In steel structures, analysis can be done for dust, air, soil and paint,
even paint containing lead chromate.
Benefits of Use
Clearance testing can now be done at the site. Requires no costly operator training or operator license.
