Equipment Description
Spray Mist Cooling System dispenses environmentally-friendly cutting fluid only in the amount necessary and only when the machine is in operation. The unit is portable—the controls for all of these systems are factory mounted to the tank top instead of on the machine so that the entire system can be relocated at will. Multi-nozzle systems have separate controls for each coolant line. The coolant and compressed air are carried to the nozzle in one coaxial line and are not mixed until they reach the nozzle. The cutting fluid is a chemical based mist coolant that dissolves in water. The fluid meets all OSHA standards and is free of halogens and sulfides. All fluid components are dissipated into the atmosphere by cutter heat except for a chemical compound lubricant that clings to the tool to reduce friction.

Handles most machine shop work such as drilling tapping, pantographing, cut-off saws, band saws, surface grinders, etc.; coolant and compressed air are carried by one line, eliminating tangling of unnecessary lines and giving the operator more workspace; unit is portable and can be used with multiple machines at the same time.
