Equipment Description
Spray
booth coatings make it possible to remove overspray buildup from booth walls
rapidly and at minimal cost. A complete shutdown of the booth is no longer
required. There is no labor intensive scraping, stripping and scrubbing.
The coating with the overspray buildup can be peeled off, a new coating
applied in an effort that reduces man-hours dramatically. Many formulas
of paint booth maskant are available, including: water based, solvent
based, and freeze proof.

Facilitates compliance with new Clean Air Act and OSHA regulations. OSHA 1910.107 (g) (2): "All spraying areas shall be kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily, if necessary."
