BANK FINANCING

This loan program has a rural focus and is limited to non-tourist and non-agricultural facilities and production projects. Priority is given to basic manufacturing and industrial industries.

ELIGIBILITY:

Must be a profit or non-profit enterprises located in communities of less than 50,000 population.

PURPOSE:

Funds must be used for real estate, equipment or machinery (No investment real estate)

LOAN AMOUNT:

Maximum loan size is $ 5,000,000, with a repayment period of from 3-25 years. Owner's equity must equal a minimum of 10%.
