Certified Performance Claim:

"Under standard laboratory test conditions, that simulated typical consumer product applications, after 25 charging cycles to specified voltage cutoff points at specified resistance loads, the Renewal® system’s batteries supplied hours of service equivalent to seven or more primary alkaline batteries of the same size. The actual number of hours of services can vary depending on a number of factors, including user practices. Pursuant to the California Regulatory Notice Register Number 98, Volume 10-Z, pages 579-583."

Technology Description:

The Renewal® System was certified as a pollution prevention technology because use of the Renewal® battery system reduces the number of alkaline batteries that need to be disposed. The Renewal® System’s batteries supplied hours of service equivalent to seven or more primary alkaline batteries of the same size.
