The Federal Advisory Committee to Develop On-Site Innovative Technologies (DOIT) was involved in myriad activities during July. The committee is composed of representatives from western states, the Departments of Defense, Energy, and Interior, and the Environmental Protection Agency. The Western Governors' Association and the Office of Management and Budget are ex officio members.
