The Waste Policy Institute, a non-profit corporation affiliated with Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, edits and produces the newsletter. This newsletter is designed to aid communication and interaction between and within the Department of Energy's Office of Science and Technology and industries and other agencies concerned with technology development and exchange. Initiatives provides information about DOE programs in order to promote technology exchange and development opportunities.
