Narrative:

The Aerospace Guidance and Metrology Center (AGMC), Newark AFB, has a requirement to replace sodium chromate in the Minuteman guidance closed-loop cooling system. Requirements are to replace the sodium chromate (a known carcingen), maintain corrosion inhibition, and prohibit microorganism growth with a new coolant that poses no unusual health hazardous and is environmentally benign.
