    Great Explorations in Math and Science
    A collection of eight activities for grades six through 10 that combines scientific inquiry and critical thinking as students learn about acids, how pH changes after a rainstorm, conduct experiments, and present a play about the effects on aquatic life.   • Project A.I.R.E.
    U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
    Project AIRE is an environmental and health K-12 curriculum program developed by EPA that is intended to be taught with ALAV and EPA staff as guest speakers in elementary, middle and high school classes. Free. Contact EPA regional office at (919) 541-5552.
